Divinity II: Flames of Vengeance is the official game add-on for Divinity II: Ego Draconis, in which players must face the evil once again, because the world, Rivellon, is still not safe.
Divinity II: Flames of Vengeance continues where Divinity II: Ego Draconis left off, and soon all will recognize that many of the characters they have met in the main game are not who they pretended to be.
Creative Director and CEO of the development team Larian Studios, Swen Vincke, explained that In Flames of Vengeance, the player will pick up the story of the Dragon Knight and will guide him to his ultimate destiny. He also stated that along the way, several accounts are settled and the answers to many questions in the Divinity universe are revealed. Swen Vincke also explained that they have also taken the opportunity to give the engine a solid overhaul, improving the performance and graphics quality along the way.
The official add-on for Divinity II: Ego Draconis, Divinity II: Flames of Vengeance will offer more than thirty quests and fifteen hours of gameplay.
DTP Entertainment and Larian Studios will publish Divinity II: Flames of Vengeance for Windows-Based PCs and on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for the Xbox 360 Video Game Console in August 2010.
