Activision Publishing Inc and developer Treyarch have launched a free lite version of Call of Duty: World at War: Zombies today.
This lite version of the game allows iPhone and iPod Touch players to experience three rounds of the Night of the Undead "Nacht der Untoten" map in single player mode.
Players will be able to explore the map and play with a variety of weapons from the Mystery Box. Multiplayer users will be able to play via Wi-Fi, locally or across the Internet or with four or two players over Bluetooth for only two rounds.
Call of Duty: World at War: Zombies is named as one of iTunes Rewind's Best Apps of the year 2009. It delivers the stunning experience of one of the most played games in 2009, and also offers limitless rounds on both single player and co-op mode in full 3D via Wi-Fi, Locally, via Bluetooth or Across the Internet.
The iPhone and iPod Touch versions of the game are developed by Ideaworks Game Studio. Call of Duty: World At War: Zombies is based on the console version of Treyarch's popular franchise.
