Activision Blizzard Inc. announced today that Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 continues to make retails sales crossing the One Billion USD mark worldwide, since its launch in November.

In the first five days of the game’s launch, it sold an estimated 550 million USD worldwide, surpassing five-day worldwide gross figures for such movies as Avatar, Harry Potter and others, according to the internal Activision estimates and box office mojo.

Using the GPS Capabilities of OS 3.0, Turf Wars lets players battle for real world territories in real time, competing for the title of a city mob boss or just “Capo.”.

To Get Started with Turf Wars go to the map of the app, and from there you should start conquering unoccupied Turf, which have to be one mile from your Location.
