Konami Digital Entertainment Inc. announced today that the initially introduced to gamers on the Nintendo DS puzzle-game WireWay, is now available on the Apple App Store for the iPhone and iPod Touch portable devices. Players will be able to use innovative controls to guide Wiley the alien on his adventure through thirty-two stunning stages.
The objective of the players in WireWay is to help Wiley the alien on his journey to find Elan Stars, which are precious sources of energy. Players must navigate through obstacles like falling stones and thorn floors by using stretched wires.
As Wiley jumps from wire to wire, he is obligated with the task to collect as many stars as possible in order to grant super powers that will enable him to jump higher and further.
WireWay features two additional game modes, each with eight challenging levels. The first one is the "Flick Trials" mode, and the second one is the "Strategy" Mode. In the "Flick Trials" mode, players must reach their goal with as few jumps as possible. In "Strategy" mode, they can create a unique course for Wiley to navigate through. For those players who just can't get enough of WireWay, an expansion pack can provide sixteen additional levels of missions including eight levels of both game modes.
WireWay is available for purchase at the App Store for the iPhone and iPod Touch at the price of $4.99. Expansion Packs are available for an additional $1.99.
