Developer of Fallen Earth Drops 75% of Staff

Icarus Studios Drops 75% of staffIcarus Studios has dropped over seventy-five percent of its staff six months after released the latest massively multiplayer online role-playing game titled Fallen Earth.

The remaining employees of the company will still continue to work and support Fallen Earth. A new patch is expected to release on 7th of May, 2010 titled "Blood Sports Patch 1.4".

CEO of Icarus Studios, James Hettinger, explained that while this is a challenging step for them, the steps were taken to maintain the growth, continued development and profitability of the Fallen Earth Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game.

It seems that Icarus Studios is now going to merge with Fallen Earth LLC, which leaves just twenty-eight members of staff including the customer support. Icarus Studios had over one-hundred employees before this change, and Fallen Earth LLC had around fifty-five.
