Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced today that it plans to develop the next Scribblenauts video game for the Nintendo DS Portable Gaming Device as a follow-up to the revolutionary hit title in which players can use their imagination to name any object, and bring that object to life using it to solve puzzles.

This new title will be available in fall 2010, and it will expand the innovative elements from the critically-acclaimed first title with many new features, including an adjectives system. The adjectives system will allow players to push the limits of their imagination to create the experience they want to create.

Legacy Interactive has announced recently that they are developing a House M.D. Game for the Nintendo DS and PC based on the TV-Series. Developer Jonathan Cooperson has been keeping a diary of his game development progress, and comments on licensed versus original game content in his developer diary. Below is a snippet of the diary.

Majesco Entertainment Company announced today Let’s Draw! for the Nintendo DS portable gaming device. The game is based on the series of Japanese drawing books. Let’s Draw! challenges players to create full drawings by combining small and easy to draw shapes into larger ones.

Let’s Draw! features full voice instructions on how to draw, thus making art accessible for all children, even those who can’t read. The game offers step-by-step guidance on the creating of over one hundred different images, which can be animated with sound afterwards.

Let’s Draw! also offers the players to use their own creativity to create and animate their own designs from the beginning to the end.

Leading interactive console games developer and publisher Digital Leisure Inc. announced today that their game “Word Searcher”, designed exclusively for the Nintendo DSi, is now available on the Nintendo DSiWare Service.

Word Searcher requires a really sharp eye and a quick mind, in order to complete all of its one-hundred themed word search puzzle challenges. The game presents entertaining words from a variety of categories like anatomy, cities and United States Presidents. Packed with a large arrangment of subjects to choose from, there is sure to be a “puzzle time” for everyone to enjoy.

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH announced that Puzzle Chronicles is going to be released for Nintendo DS and Sony PlayStation Portable on 18th February, followed by download editions for the Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation 3 Home Gaming Consoles.

Puzzle Chronicles is developed by the respected puzzle-game creators Infinite Interactive. The game combines color-matching puzzles and role-playing elements, giving players the ability to upgrade their characters, while beating various puzzle challenges and defeating enemy forces blocking their way during the journey.

Legacy Interactive, a leading game developer and publisher company released today their second package of screenshots from their upcoming title, House M.D., coming in Spring 2010 for Windows-Based Personal Computers and the Nintendo DS Portable Gaming Device.

Ubisoft announced today that Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands will be released in May 2010 for the Xbox 360 home console entertainment system from Microsoft, the Sony PlayStation Portable and Sony PlayStation 3 Console gaming devices, and the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS gaming systems, as well as the Windows-Based Personal Computers (PC).
