The second downloadable content package for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 entitled The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Resurgence Package, will be available to download today from 6.00 PM UK Time and 7.00 PM CET. The pack will be released on the Xbox LIVE Online entertainment network. The second map pack follows the ground breaking records from the first map pack, with millions of gamers around the world joining the actions in its opening days.

Developed by Infinity Ward, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Resurgence Pack adds five additional multiplayer levels, including three all-new locations along with two updated classic locations from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The new map pack is published by Activision Publishing, and available for download on Xbox LIVE Marketplace for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, for 1,200 Microsoft Points. To celebrate its release, Infinity Ward will host a Double XP weekend for Xbox LIVE gamers beginning 4th June.
